How to return
Start a return via your account or email client care. We'll email a prepaid label — drop the package at any USPS location.
What's covered
Unworn pieces in original packaging. Rings may include one free size exchange instead of a return.
Refunds
Issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Gift returns
Returns for gifts receive store credit, which never expires.
